Two inspections a year mean you don’t have to worry about whether a product or equipment we’ve installed or repaired is running as it should or could be a hazard. We coordinate the appointment with you to provide your seasonal maintenance during a time when we can be most thorough and still meet your schedule. You won’t have to pay for the visit, it is included in the cost of the plan. Keep in mind that, if you have a new piece of equipment, most manufacturers will void their warranty without proof of annual maintenance. 24/7 response means you can reach someone anytime you need to for your peace of mind.
Members of our Stellar Performance Membership Club do not get billed overtime charges if the project requires us to work past regular business hours or we’re called out at night or on the weekends for any work we do in your home, whether the work is repair or replacement. No overtime charges, period.
